Here Comes the Rain Again

Looks like the rainy season has set in to stay.  The last few days have seen quite a bit of rainfall and the average temperature has dropped rather a lot.  Looks like it’s time to pack away the summer clothes and start preparing for the wet months.  Meaghan and I started that with a walk around the Vietnam Memorial at the Portland Forestry Center on Sunday.  Meaghs was collecting leaves for an art project and I enjoyed the opportunity to get some fresh air and a walk in the park.  Warm clothes, gloves, and a hat saw the light of day for the first time in months.
