After 13 months away from caffeine, I’ve finally caved and returned to liquid inspiration. Starting with a soda here and there to get through some long development days, I’m now back to wanting either a coffee or a diet pepsi by 11:00am just to be able to get through lunch and have a productive afternoon. Trying to avoid having any caffeine after 3:00pm as I don’t want to be laying awake at night. Sleep is far too vital right now. Slowly switching over to drip coffee in the morning as I know that the sugar and chemicals in the sodas can’t be doing me any good at all. #kidneys #liver
